The Multi Property Maintenance menu area contains the command allowing you to enter information on the amenities available at the properties in your multi property Skyware configuration. These amenities will then be listed in various screens within the system, including the Property Definition screen. Amenities can include things like a property pool or beach access, golf courses or other sports facilities, etc.
You may edit the configuration to suit your Property at any time if you have the appropriate access/authorization. This selection is part of the Property and System Configuration area of Skyware Systems, using the Multi Property Configuration sub-system.
Select Manager's Screen to be taken to the Manager's Commands screen.
Select Configuration to be taken to the Property and System Configuration menu screen.
Alternately, you may also be able to select Configuration directly from the Quick Menu, if the menu has been set up to include the Configuration option.
This will take you to The Property System Configuration Menu.
The list of property configuration options are divided into four sections, which are Required Configuration, Optional Configuration, Locales/Dates and Sub-Systems.
Select Multi Property => from the Sub-Systems section.
This will take you to the Multi Property Maintenance menu screen.
The Multi Property Maintenance Menu consists of two sections, Menu 1 and Menu 2. However, section Menu 2 is not used.
Menu 1:
Amenities: This command opens the Amenities Maintenance screen, which allows you to add and remove property amenities as listed in various screens in the system. Amenities can include things like the property pool or beach access or whatever other items are appropriate.
